The Lodge offers a great location with only 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of town. The rooms are big, comfortable and as some rooms face the street and you can hear people walking on the upper floor, we would recommend to request an upper...More
We had a weekend away in Bournemouth and stayed in the lodge. It's a great place to stay. Really convenient for the town and sea front. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food in the bar was tasty with lots of specials to...More
We took a 2 nights weekend break and there's nothing to fault the place for. Let's be honest £123 would get you a decent B&B closer to the beach and that's about it. At Meyrick you also get a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room,...More

When we stayed, we had free access to the pool and gym areas. However I would imagine you would have to pay for a round of golf. The room we stayed in would be very unsuitable for young children as it was very close to the road/car park, but then we didn't have young children with us so it was fine. There were other young families staying while we were there and they seemed very happy. The staff were great when we stayed; I'm sure they'd be happy to help if you give them a ring.
