This is an interesting experience. Meyrick is a golf and health centre with a little residential lodge close by. Our room was the one on the advertisement and was delightful. The setting is in pine trees and a few yards from the main reception along a rather degraded road symptomatic of the lack of tarmacadam expenditure nowadays. For the price...

Great value for money. 15 minutes walk to the centre of town. Lovely breakfast served by friendly staff. Use of the gym, pool, sauna and Jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. Throw in free parking and a nice location and you have a right deal.

Haven't stayed at the lodge for quite sometime. We fancied a little night away and booked online. We checked in quite late but there was someone on reception until 10pm in the week. Straight to the room and we were greeted with a wave of warm air. Because it was a cold evening someone kindly switched the heater on ready...

I've stayed here fairly often since my first visit in 2010. This time the service could not be faulted and the reception staff were as charming as ever. But..... The plumbing in the lodge needs a thorough refit. The rather dated taps in my room all dripped unless they were turned off very tightly, which means the washers are worn....

We chose this place through Booking.com for a weekend getaway, due to its location for some winter sea air. We arrived a little earlier than anticipated at 3.30pm, half an hour before check in but were told the rooms were ready and we could check in. The receptionist was friendly and polite and advised us about the facilities and bar...

The Myrick is approximately 5-10 minutes up the hill out of Bournemouth, ideally situated for the Golfer and if you want to be just out of town The main reception is situated along on the right from the lodge and the main car park is a little further on past the main reception The swimming pool and restaurant is also...

This is a lovely place to stay, very quite and piece full, very clean rooms made up every day, lovely power shower. A mini fridge would be nice in the room. Seprate from the lodge There's a swimming pool, gym and a bar that does food. My only complaint is the parking for the Lodge, while we was there several...
