Attended a retired persons lunch at this splendid cliff top hotel, which has magnificent well kept gardens overlooking The East Cliff. Three course lunch was to a very high standard and exceptionally well presented by a very efficient team. The hotel was very busy wit a number of different functions taking place in a calm & serene atmosphere

Rather overpriced for the size and quality of the room, but otherwise it's a good setting right on the sea front and the staff were friendly. The breakfast selection wasn't bad but it took a long time for our orders to be taken as they were busy.

Came for second visit and found all as before - excellent. Sadly I became ill and we had to cut short our stay. Staff were helpful and understanding at our departure. Hopefully we will be able come back again soon.

We stayed at this hotel over the Easter break for a couple of nights. For a fee, the dog was able to come too. We were given a larger room to accommodate our pet which was appreciated. Also unlike some other hotels the dog was allowed in the bar. The staff in this hotel are amazing. From reception...to restaurant...to bar...the...

Stayed DBB. Overall fine, with these reservations: Room was too hot, but luckily staff arrived with air con controller. Overlooked wasteland with very slight sea view. Plenty of pressure in shower when too hot, but low at cooler, so ended up rinsing hair in sink, All doors in the hotel would benefit from finger-mark removal - especially the loos. Slight...

I found the hotel Miramar to be excellent value for money with brilliant staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Due to the age of the hotel, some features are starting to need renovation, but the overall experience makes a visit well worthwhile.
