Parking is limited relative to hotel size. Employees are nice but seem relatively few on the ground compared to the twelve other hotels of similar price in Bournmouth I've stayed in over the last year. This 'few or lacking' re-occurred.. In my small double room for 1 there were no biscuits on the tea tray or toiletries other than loo...

Booked a room which was super cheap including breakfast. The hotel is 'well worn' but very clean. We had a friendly welcome. The room was comfy and we had a bath. We stayed just one night We loved it. We will revisit.... Free parking was a perk. 😃

Basically you get what you pay for with this hotel. Arrived early because of the horrible rainy weather, couldn't check in until 3.00 and the receptionist wasn't very helpful. Finally checked in after 2.00. The room was small and when you turned on the light in the bathroom the fan made a sound like a helicopter taking off. When using...

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel as we were going to football. There were lots of good things but a few not so good things. We were in room 235, the Max Miller room, not terrible but it does need up-dating. The decor, woodchip wall paper on the ceilings but the worst things was the squeaky floorboards! They...

Stayed 3 nights in March 2016. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they really try to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is good and the evening meal was very good also. Will definitely return

I attended the celebrity hotel in march of 2016. I came down to give my son some morale support for his operation. I was put into a single room called the Bob Dylan room. First impressions were clean, tidy ,comfortable. You can tell the hotel is doing work on it and for the price of £63 with breakfast for two nights...

For the price we are happy with our stay. Nice Breakfast included. Doors and floors etc can get a bit noisy in certain areas and needs some TLC but overall a nice place. Nice bar area to unwind after I went for a quiet sneaky drink at 2 am :)

Great hotel for the price .Staff friendly and polite. Rooms basic and clean with everything you need. Bed comfortable, bathroom clean ,but could do with a refurb. Hotel looks small from the outside, but surprisingly big inside. All rooms named after celebrities hence the name. It even has a resident ghost!!! Breakfast buffet style in a big room. All in all...

We had 4 nights at here - staying in the Max Miller room. Very enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little dated but is being refurbished. Excellent value. We had a meal on the first night - the staff were helpful and courteous. The room was a very good size. The bathroom needs to be updated but, overall, the room was...
