The hotel is clean and great value. It's very noisy if in a room near the stairs. The bathroom needs a little updating. Great for short break or night away with the other half. The breakfast is ok value.

Hi Natasha There is an email address on their website (for reservations) but it's worth sending a message that way. The answer would not allow this to be included for some reason. Alternatively, if you call them on 01202 316316 you should get the info you need. Apologies if you have already tried! From my experience, having stayed at the hotel several times, I have always found the staff to be helpful and accommodating (if you pardon the pun!) Tony

I'm not sure about cots or high chairs but I'm sure if you give them a call Theyou will accommodate your needs. I'm pretty sure they have family rooms as when I was there I noticed a lot of children.
