PLEASE AVOID. This was an extremely unpleasant experience would never wish on anyone. Long check-in times, rude dishonest staff, tiny rooms, mattress so worn out you can feel the base, window without handle so left open to the wind, Hallway without lights and creepily dark.

I booked with a party of 6 unfortunately my partner has gone sick I phoned the hotel explaining this and they will not let us move just one of the rooms to a different date not asking for all the rooms just ours it dose state in the conditions that there is a non refundable not asking for refund just asking for dates to be changed for one room as we still would like to come to bournemouth I think it's not right the others in party our still using the two rooms booked and the room was booked for Friday and I phoned them Monday so given lost of notice anything I can do please think was booked on card but not Credit card this is really bad customer service I think we should have been allowed to change the dates given we gave a week notice on booking not asking for money back I told the hotel that maybe we should just come and give the other geuss our bug and they said ok come so they clearly don't care for the people that our lining there pokets shame on them

I am aware of that but being aware that I have given a weeks notice to this its a shame that you could have help me out not like asking for refund
