We had a great stay here in December 2016. We were upgraded to a cottage which was lovely. Looks like they are doing some renovation work around the hotel at the moment which is definitely warranted, the hotel is 4 star in places..needs some TLC in the rooms and bathroom facilities. The staff are really helpful and reception area and...

Currently sat laid in bed at 6am after being awake most of the night I have an extraction fan outside of my room Every time someone walks down the corridor throughout the night it's like a stampede of elephants. (Which has been most of the night for some strange reason Every time someone walks down the corridor upstairs the whole...

Dear Jaymofo, I sincerely apologize for the negative impact the sound and product issues had on your recent stay with us. As part of our forthcoming renovation in 2017 the design team will address the flooring issue which impacts noise levels across the hotel. With the design of each building room sizes do fluctuate and we have updated our notes...

Stayed here due to a staff Christmas party being hosted at the hotel and can honestly say everything was really good. Our room was big with a huge bathroom, a big kingsize bed (looked new) and the room was generally in a good state of repair. The staff are very good, nothing too much trouble and they are always pleasant...

Staff helpful and friendly, nothing too much for you, sometimes a bit of a language problem. Food, tasty however on the pricy side, did not like having to pay a service charge on everything I ordered, including drinks, I like to tip the hotel staff on my check out. Rooms, excellent however over hot, especially as the air conditioning did...

we stayed at the Marriott for 2 nights during our daughters graduation, and found the staff all very pleasant and willing to please if not a little thin on the ground, (except for 'Henry the Hoover' who for some inexplicable reason was posted on guard outside our the door to our room for the duration of our stay !! and...

We visit this hotel each November for an annual Christmas shopping trip and this is s truly beautiful hotel. Classy and luxurious. We stayed in room 504 (cottage) and the Prince William suite, both of which had sea views. All decor and furniture is quality. Bathrooms in both were to a very high standard. The rooms are well stocked with...

We arrived late on Friday evening to attend a function. The guests had already eaten and the kitchen cooked our food fresh so it was piping hot. The rooms were nice, shower hot and tea and coffee were provided. Saturday we visited the pool area. Sauna and steam room were good, as was the pool and jacuzzi. My brother visited...

We stayed on a Saturday and had a very enjoyable stay. We booked ahead through hotels.com and thought it was great value for money. We booked room only basis and felt £15 pp for breakfast a little steep but enjoyed a short and easy stroll into town. All in all a very pleasant stay.

I was so disappointed in this hotel. When checking in they told me with great pride I had been upgraded to a suite in the Dorchester Wing. Well this was code for walking across the back parking lot to another building that was creepy weird. My room was so old and icky, the furniture was shabby and cushions backwards. The...
