Reception looks a bit shabby on arrival, but staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is a lift but it is very slow! We were on the second floor, the room was nice and clean with a good sized bathroom, it was lovely and clean if rather outdated! The swimming pool was very small and communal mixed changing room a...

awful, awful hotel, paid extra for a larger room but still seemed a very small room, ripped bedspread and shabby, furniture,, the swimming pool was tiny, the Jacuzzi wasn't working and the small dirty changing room was for mixed sexes, should have had at least either cubicles or separate male/female changing rooms, was very disappointed overall

Awful from start to finish! Dirty room, jacuzzi out of order, breakfast vile, staff rude. I've emailed the hotel numerous times about all of this and they can't even be bothered to respond! DON'T waste your money there!
