From check in to leaving the staff couldn't do enough for us. We hired bicycles which they stashed in a conference room for us overnight, a feather pillow that was requested was delivered almost immediately. Breakfast is plentiful and hot, fill up before you go out for the day! Located just up the hill from the town centre but close...

My partner and I stayed here for one night to celebrate his birthday and what a fantastic choice it was, we parked 5 minutes from the hotel which cost £4 for up to 24 hours great value . When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who answered any questions we had . Our room...

A lovely hotel and great service but the whole point of a hotel is for the room and bed. We had the hottest and smallest room in the place with no satellite tv like they advertised, only 4 channels on a 19th century tv. My pregnant wife hurt her arm on a rusty old radiator which was stupidly placed up...

We were "dealt with" (I can't say welcomed) by Receptionist Chloe. When I commented on our first impression - the filthy car park steps - she flew into a Monty Python-esq routine of snatching up the phone and barking orders to someone to clean the stairs. We felt she was indifferent to any needs we had - and it was...

Central to the beach and many restaurants close by will definitely stay here again. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool was great although quite small. Parking was handy especially in City location but a little pricy at £14 per night but didn't need once at the hotel.

Stayed here in a family room with a toddler and a baby. The room was great - set out just as I'd requested. The small pool was a nice bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was central and perfect. Recommended!

We just wanted a couple of days on our own and this was perfect, clean, quiet, helpful, perfect walking location and lovley staff. It has a great atmosphere and is literally just off the beaten track. We had a great time and would definately stay again.

enjoyed the stay very much.the only problem was the parking, staying one night would add a futher £14 to my budget. not experienced this with a hotel before. Managed to find a car park charging £2 per night but this meant carting our case from the car park to the hotel, and back.

Had a lovely one night stay at the Norfolk Royale. We were advised in advance that we could make use of the leisure facilities prior to check in which we took advantage of. Staff very helpful before and during stay and we enjoyed breakfast in bed for a small fee.

When we booked we had some reservations due to some of the reviews regarding the state of the hotel, turns out it was people moaning. Hotel is fantastic, decor fitting to character and staff are amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Bournemouth. The hotel is perfectly located about less than 10 minutes from the...
