Thoroughly enjoyed our couple of days at this hotel - warm and friendly staff, excellent food and comfortable rooms. Spacious lounge and a warm swimming pool complete the enjoyment of this hotel. We were here on the 'Gold Card' offer and found it to be very good value.

Excellent location & parking. Comfortable room but poor bathroom - draughty windows & low shower pressure. Helpful staff. Food quality (breakfast & dinner) disappointing. Didn't have opportunity to use leisure facilities but looked good.

Our third visit. Spent two nights with evening meal and breakfast. A very good deal that made it worth travelling a fair way to spend an enjoyable weekend with friends. Staff exceptionally friendly and the hotel in general was very comfortable. Will be coming back next year hopefully.

This was such a great weekend - best time ever! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. And being within a short walking distance from the centre of Bournemouth was such a bonus

We were really impressed with the Norfolk Royale. We stayed for a weekend, dinner B&B included. The hotel was traditional and unspoilt but refurbished to a high standard (my wife said it's the nicest hotel room she's stayed in, and she regularly travels in her role as a consultant!) Fast wifi allowed us to stream without issue. The food at...

Stayed for two nights with my wife and friends. The deal was very good and we enjoyed excellent food and extremely pleasant and helpful staff. It appeared that they had been trained to a high standard and all possessed a happy disposition.

Ideal location, beautiful building, friendly staff, well equipped rooms, although as we were in a Superior room the decor looked rather jaded and in need of a refurb, carpet stained in a few places. However, overall, a really nice place to stay and would definitely stay there again but only for Bed and Breakfast, not impressed with the evening meals....

Very good room. Lovely dining-room. Excellent food and service. Very attentive staff. Central location. Secure underground car park adjacent to the hotel, with direct access to the hotel. Very good value for money.

A charming old fashioned hotel and all the better for it. Helpful staff a spacious room, comfortable bead, large well equipped bathroom, and above average food. We will be returning. Parking is expensive and crowded and the only lift in need of replacement, although it does get you there eventually!
