I have stayed in a lot of premier inns and this is one of the best. Check in is swift, parking is easy, secure and cheap enough at £7 a night. Mood lighting in the room is good. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is good. The only issue with the hotel is the internet, it never works for me. I automatically connect on devices but it will never work, always disconnects and is a nightmare. Otherwise this is the best premier inn you will find

Great service as usual. Very comfy bed. All facilities provided. Good rates and friendly staff. Breakfast if wanted. Nice clean room. Towels and extra pillows provided. Good parking very near the hotel at 24hr rate.

We had such friendly service from Elkin, and had the most wonderful sunny room. He was very accommodating and helped us store our bags whilst we walked around the immediate area. Location was great, only took 10min walk to get into the city centre or beach. Nice area and a supermarket close by.

I stayed 4 nights to attend to a conference. The location was very convenient because of the bus stop that was 50 meters from the hotel. Also is 7 minutes by feet from the train station/bus coach st. Totally recommended also if you’re on vacations

Stayed for The 1975 show, room really clean and comfortable bed, one of the best breakfasts i’ve ever had in a premier inn. Compliments to Tim the kitchen guy that morning. Also one of the deputy managers didn’t catch his name with blonde hair, really friendly on the breakfast shift hope you enjoy your holidays mate. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

In this day and age a basic internet connection should be standard, apparently Premier Inn internet service provider Virgin isn’t compatible with iPhones 🤷♂️Also breakfast items were swimming in grease with no option for freshly cooked items provided.Finally the room was shabby stains on carpet and walls with towels like sandpaper.

there is no cleanliness, and the breakfast is poor,the tables are cleaned so that crumbs remain, and people sit at such a table, there are weightless towels and linens in the corridors, which the maids do not want to collect

Centrally located, secure parking on site for £7. Staff were really helpful in moving rooms to ensure we were close together. Decent clean rooms - powerful shower with plenty of hot water! Breakfast was excellent too.

I have had a great few weeks here. I have relocated for work which has proven a challenge but the staff have helped me more than I could’ve hoped for. The chefs and kitchen staff for providing great food every night and the cleaners for keeping my room clean when asked. The reception/ bar staff have been incredible in assisting and advising me with my move. Special thanks have to go to Andrea and Steve who were more than helpful.
