I stayed here for a hen weekend April 2017 and what an absolute let down. The previous reviews on trip advisor are not reflective of the property. Maybe they once were when this was a hotel but no longer true. The house was filthy dirty from the bathrooms to all of the carpets and furniture. Most bathrooms are not fit...

This is now a guest house rented to groups of people. We were a group of 22 on a hen weekend. We had a fantastic weekend because of the company . The house was tired and badly in need of attention. We had a basement room that slept six, the carpets were absolutely filthy, blinds and curtains to windows were...

The room was spatious and beautifully decorated, the hotel is well located (only separated from the beach by a nice garden). We stayed here for 2 nights, and the host was very kind and welcoming. If we were to go to Bournemouth again, we would book here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Bournemouth. Ideal location for both Boscombe and Bournemouth. Bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk. 10 minute walk to Boscombe pier. Great breakfast and friendly owner. Just what you need if you are on a budget. No complaints, highly recommend it.

Very pleasantly surprised on entering this well located hotel in Boscombe, which started with a lovely warm welcome from our Proprietor. It was bright, very clean and spacious throughout and I loved the high ceilings and tasteful decoration. Our room was a family room for myself, husband and daughter and we had plenty of space and storage for us all....

As other reviewers have commented, at first glance from the outside it appears a little dated but, once inside, you get a glimpse of a modern hotel / B&B with a slight nod to its history (some very beautiful old solid wooden furniture in the hallway, heavy wooden doors, stained glass landing window, well-established rear garden....). Our bedroom was a...

Upon arrival, the outside looked fairly dated. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the very spacious and bright hallway. We had a ground floor twin room which had a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a shower with sink; as well as a nice view of the garden, which was not overlooked! We shared a toilet in the hallway, but appeared...

Brilliant find, a real gem of a place. Spacious well decorated rooms, plenty of free parking, excellent breakfast and a host who cannot do enough for you. All that and very good value for money. I would definitely book again.

This is a nice little bed and breakfast about 15 minutes walk from the seafront and 25 minutes from the train station. My room was clean, light and quiet. When I arrived, they had upgraded me from a single to a twin room, as they had vacancies, so I had a good sized room too. The breakfast was very good...

Just 5 minutes' walk away from the award winning family friendly beach at Bournemouth and Boscombe, the house is also just 2 minutes away from the beautiful Boscombe Chine Gardens with their children's play areas, a mini golf course, a basketball court, a nature trail and a public art arena. The property itself is light and spacious, with charming period victorian touches and plenty of modern facilities. An elegant winding staircase in the entrance hall reveals the two-story stained glass windows, the solid doors, attractive sash windows and tiled cast iron fireplaces in many of the bedrooms. Bournemouth Grange has a lovely warm and quality feel within the property. Set in its own private grounds, the property has ample parking for 7 cars and there is plenty of free-parking in the road. An enclosed garden at the rear of the property is a great place for al fresco dining and relaxing, with a four-ring gas BBQ and plenty of relaxing colourful garden chairs. There is also the option of a Lazy-Spa Jacuzzi Pool, at a small extra cost. Only 1 mile from the town centre of Bournemouth, this area has become famous for its seaside water sports.
