Many of the staff were rude, hotel was dirty, bed was very creaky, some people were given new mattress because theirs were so bad. Rooms need redecorating, net curtains torn, took ages to shower as water just a trickle. Food was adequate but plenty of choice but our waitress hardly spoke to us & service was bad. We will be... No heat in room (16 degrees). heat on last day then no hot water. Room filthy and bedclothes, shower did not work, mildew on curtains, room tiny... More

I have to say that the food was second to none! A marvelous chef and very well trained waitresses. It was nice to be served at our table... More
