I have used this family run hotel time and time again! It is located right in the centre of Torquay and a 2 minute stroll from the beach one side or 5 minutes to the town the other way. The rooms are all fabulously individually decorated and kept very clean... I have used several of the rooms and all of...

Spent five enjoyable days at the Southbank. Clean and comfortable rooms well appointed with nice central location close to facilities and activities. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful - even went out a purchased a room fan for us to use during the unseasonably hot weather. Highly recommended. Great value for money.

I chose the Southbank Hotel based on Tripadvisor reviews. We were visiting the Torquay area for a very special event that our daughter was participating in and were anxious that everything was perfect for the occasion. We could not have been more impressed with the Southbank and the owners Ian and Marie. From start to finish they ensured that our...
