We stayed at the Kingsholm for four nights in September 2014. The hotel is immaculate and the room was first class. Free wi fi, free parking, beautiful lounge and excellent hosts in June and Carl. The breakfasts were freshly prepared and delicious. the hotel itself is within walking distance of Torquay town centre and the harbour.

A lovely B&B run by lovely people. Clean, smart, efficient but with some friendly leg pulling thrown in. Very nice breakfast served very efficiently by the nice young man, while the nice young lady does the cooking! Second visit. We'll be back!

Our party's second visit to the Kingsholm (we took over 5 rooms between us) where we were made very welcome by Carl & June - nothing is too much trouble for them. Beautiful clean rooms where much thought has been given to guest's requirements. Lovely breakfast, freshly cooked to order. Many thanks Carl & June - hope to be visiting...

We have just spent a lovely weekend at the Kingsholm Hotel. The owners June and Carl were wonderful and couldnt have been more helpful, they go out of their way to make their guests have an enjoyable stay. The decor is fresh and everywhere is clean.

First of all I'd like to say that I'm not the least surprised that this hotel has been rated as 6th best in Torquay! First impressions certainly last and from the moment you enter this scrupulously clean hotel you can clearly see that the owners set their standards very high. We were made to feel extremely welcome from the moment...
