We booked a PGL adventure family holiday because we all enjoy outdoor sports. This holiday was fantastic and the activities were fabulous. We took our 12 year old and our 6 year old and our 6 year old took part in all activities. The staff were amazing and had lots of time for all of us. The holiday is all...

We got a last minute deal for a week, where the children went for free! We went with no great expectations, thinking we'd give it a go and have a bit of fun together as a family. It turned out to be a brilliant place. The staff were always enthusiastic, encouraging and never seemed grumpy - despite the weather! The...

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. On arrival we had a lovely personal welcome with one of the team who went through everything we would need to know during the week, showed us around the site and then to our room. We had a lovely range of activities on our schedule and even though we were not put with...

Went with my husband and kids (8 and 13) to PGL at Barton Hall for 4 nights and loved it. You are placed in a group of up to 12 people and given a schedule of activities plus some 'flexitime' which are free sessions in which you can swim, watch a movie or go into Torquay, which is lovely. The staff...

Barton Hall was really well placed for visiting tourist attractions round South Devon. The accommodation and food were as other customers had accurately reviewed - plentiful school canteen type food and the rooms were basic. My bathroom was at least tiled and had a bath mat (children's bathroom had neither) but did have the dreaded "pube ball" in the shower...

Visited here for a netball weekend. The setting is beautiful, rolling countryside, amazing views and a lovely building. However I was in accommodation outside this building (which I didn't mind as it was quiet). Sadly to room was dated and tired and needs a revamp. There is no shower and the bathroom and very old, with a leaking toilet that...

The accommodation consists of chalets and also large rooms in the house. The accommodation is basic however immaculately clean with nice touches such as tea and coffee making facilities, and a...
