We stayed in room 6,ground floor with a smallish room and very small shower cubicle. It was clean generally but there was musty, stale smell and signs of mould on the shower walls. The bed was comfortable and the cooked breakfast was good but not the best that i have had.Their website is deceiving, needs to be renewed and is misleading....the last accreditation certificate...

The lawnswood is a good bed and breakfast to stay at, its very clean and welcoming. The rooms are massive but the only down side is very small bathrooms. The breakfast is very nice and there's a wide choice of food. Its an ideal place to stay as its close to the town and sea front. Me and my family...

We stayed here for a long weekend last August and couldn't complain about the accommodation. Our double room with en-suite was kept very clean and all the bedding and furniture was well maintained. Breakfast (as everyone else has mentioned in their reviews) was really nice and they accommodated to my very fussy taste. Only criticism was that our room was...

We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and bright. Bathroom was a teensy bit snug, but the shower was great to use. Dave was friendly and very accommodating with our infant during breakfast, which was delicious. There is parking to the rear, but no direct access from the rear into the guest house, so if you have quite...

We stayed at the Lawnswood for 4 nights in May at a bargain price of £200. We were in room 4 which was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We found the en-suite a bit of a tight fit and I think that when it was added they should have given up a bit more of the bedroom space...
