Just came back from a lovely 3 day break in Torquay. The location of this hotel was good to very good. Just up the road was a pub. In the opposite direction (10 min walk) was the sea front and harbour. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The room was a tad on the small size, but it was fine....

The hotel has friendly owners - a great couple who are happy to tell you about the local area and generally chat. We got a nice room - it was very clean and well presented and overall had a relaxed stay with a free hearty breakfast - would recommend to friends.

Manuel's absence notwithstanding, this quaint little hotel served our winter's holiday wonderfully. Room was Cosy, Simple and Clean. Breakfast too - all you need. Bill, the owner, is extremely friendly and assisted us with ideas of what to do. Good value for money and all round lovely experience. Hope to stay again sometime :)

Lovely place to stay couldn't fault it. Beautiful building close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was also very yummy. very welcoming. Although our room was on the main road and heard lots of drunks in the early hours of the morning obviously this couldn't be helped by the owners.

We stayed for a few nights and were impressed with the location. Parking is limited but we found somewhere on an adjacent street. Our room was small but well equipped and just what we needed for a short stay. The owners are lovely and very helpful. There are quite a lot of stairs so you may struggle if you can't...

Came back to the Trelawney for the first time since Rosie & Jim left. Have to say we were not disappointed in Bill & Veronica. Excellent standard of breakfast and a very comfortable stay. You never get disappointed here and is a very good B&B. Hopefully will be returning next year.

Stayed 5 nights which included 3 with a large group of "Ghostbusters" for a convention. Hotel was very clean, lovely room and the hosts could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Food delicious and plentiful and good value for money. Very happy to stay here again and recommend it to anyone else
