Stayed at this hotel last week with a coach party, and apparently after our coach left, it was closed for re-furbishment, which it is badly in need of. My bedroom was better than some of the other passengers, and bedding was clean and crisp. Plenty of hot water. Food was excellent for breakfast, but main evening meals let the catering...

Just had a great weekend at this hotel, The management opened up for us during a period of refurbishment. Real good value for money. I will be organising more future events at this venue. There was a good supply of hot water all day, the evening entertainment was enjoyed by us all with nothing offensive. The food was good. Good...

I was here in my job as a coach driver, my party were in a different hotel. The first thing that hit me when I walked in was that someone had been smoking in the reception area. Corridors are narrow & rooms are difficult to find due to the old design of the building. My bed room was small even...

Myself and my partner came to this hotel for christmas. It isn't the best looking hotel but is under new owners. And they say that it is going to look really nice when they have done it up. But there is lots of work to be done. There were leaks in the lounge area with buckets underneath, and a few...

We had a 5 day short break at the Inglewood with Avonia coach holidays. The hotel was great, my room 16 was a little shabby but the room was very clean. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was made. The food was excellent, it was hot and we had a good choice every day. The staff were...

After reading reviews I begin to wonder what sort of people write them. I have stayed many times over the years and have yet to find a bathroom with mould. As for hot water running from both taps your lucky because first thing in the morning you have to run the hot water tap a while before you get hot...

A group of 10 old friends, we visited this hotel as part of a bus tour. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot, it is a bit tired and dated, but is clean and the staff very welcoming. Manageress Sue, Geoff and waiters Philip and Michael tried very hard to keep everyone happy. The food was plentiful and tasty,...

I planned to spend 5 days at the INGLEWOOD having booked through Harry Shaw. Returned home the next day because the whole experience turned out to be a disaster. Very run down building, mould on bathroom ceiling, food hardly any choice and tasteless. Lounge badly in need of decorating and glass on floor of terrace. I could not have stayed...
