Well, you get what you pay for, cheap. The hotel reception smelt, probably the carpets, a musty smell. The room was small, just enough room to walk around the bed. The tv was an old fashioned portable with a dodgy aerial reception to 5 channels....More
Stayed here on the weekend for a 2 night stay with my boyfriend.
Good points - free parking, most of the staff were helpful and friendly and it's in a fairly good location with just a short downhill walk to Torquay harbour, shops, etc. The...More
I stayed here as part of a package coach holiday with half board. The hotel is dated but my room had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom didn't have a shower but a full size bath with lots of hot water. The...More

This is a true account of our stay and what we found. THE Burlington dies have a sister hotel in Torquay Ashley Court you could look at their reviews to see if they're any better.
Good luck x

Unfortunately yes I was there 3rd -10july this year if your lucky you will have a shower in your room which could be attached to the taps . Bed linen clean but rooms were not cleaned every day beds made up and bucket emptied daily I would take cleaning materials with you just in case. we were out all day which helped only saving grace staff friendly food good entertainment nightly there. Hotel is a disgrace and if you have the chance would go elsewhere .
