We stayed at Peppers this weekend as a 50th birthday treat for my partner. The hotel is very clean and well kept. Gary and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice and quality was excellent. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better. It is literally a 3 min walk to the harbour, seafront and shops....

We have just returned from a great 3 night stay at Hotel Peppers. We stayed in their mini suite room which had a lovely side sea view. It was our first stay there but will not be our last. Gary & Viv have a gorgeous property close to the harbour. They made us feel very welcome, the room was so...

I don't like Bed and Breakfasts as stayed in some awful ones in the past. Hotel Peppers is cracking, it's clean, warm and modern. Breakfast was good, not a greasy spoon affair but genuinely good food. Staff and owners very friendly, and despite my vehicle not fitting in there own car park was offered alternative secure parking less than 2...

Very warm welcome, helped with luggage and offered tea/coffee. Rooms really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. All in all a very pleasant experience and heat value for money. Will visit again next year :-)

The hotel is well kept, comfy, and very clean, the owners Viv and Gary are genuinely friendly and helpful where they can be. The location is perfect being just out of town but only minutes walk from the pubs, restaurants, shops, the harbour/marina and buses for days out. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent, if we are ever down...

This was our 2nd stay, last stayed here 2 years ago. Everything was as we remembered. Place is spotless, hosts super friendly and an excellent breakfast. Add to that the excellent location and there's no reason to go anywhere else. We will definitely be back again.

A brilliant central location. Room was generous and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfy and room was airy. Had a very warm welcome from the proprietor who showed us where everything was. Breakfast was generous with a good choice. All in all a fab stay. Thank you

Lovely hotel, rooms small but very well decorated and spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and very good value for money. Very close to town and harbour and plenty of eating places nearby. Highly recommended,

We stayed here last night for the one night. As soon as we arrived, the host was very welcoming, showed us around the hotel and told us every bit of information we needed to know. Room was excellent, huge and comfortable bed. Teas and coffees were provided, along with a book with information about the area including restaurants, it was...

This hotel is one of my first choices when visiting Torquay but because of its popularity I can very rarely get a booking. Lovely stay again. Breakfast lovely - absolutely perfect poached eggs!!! Outside noise was a little loud during the night but that is hardly the fault of the proprietors, and is a small price to pay for being...
