This Hotel has gone into liquidation. Please don't book to go to this hotel even though it shows you can on the booking sites. Ring the Hotel first.Had elderly family members lost money.They took the booking knowing fullwell they had problems about 4-5 week before. They were left stood waiting for the bus to turn up. They had NO CONTACT...

What can I say we visited the Rutland hotel for the first time on 14 th to20th Feb 2016 , what a warm welcome we got on arrival , shown to our room with our cases being brought up to us ,we had a lovely comfortable room with a beautiful sea view , very spacious and clean with good facility's...

back next week for 6 days know its going be a good 6 days with them and sure of a warm welcome from Matt and carol duncan and other staff all on first names with them food breakfast is very sets you up for the day lunch time all i want is a cuppa tea or coffee and a snack...

Good clean tidy hotel, great service, great meals, problems sorted quickly, friendly atmosphere. Overal an excellent weekend. Good sized rooms with ample faciities. Good entertainment and friendly staff.

We did not stay here we was next door but we were made very welcome we had Christmas day, evenings and new years eve there the meals were very nice the owner Carole and the manager bent over backwards to make us welcome and made our Christmas break wonderful

just back from the rutland and had a great time, great food, great staff, been here a number of times and thought a change of management, it would not be as good, I was certainly wrong, Mathew the new manager has certainly got it right and Steve the coach driver couldn't have been more helpful, days out on the coach...

Writing this on behalf of my Mom and her friend who went on the 5 day Turkey and Tinsel trip a couple of weeks ago. The coach driver was superb and the staff at the hotel were excellent. We have just returned from a five day break at this charming hotel . Their comfortable coach transported us down to Torquay . We were met by friendly staff . who took our cases to our rooms quickly The rooms are comfortable although our bathroom needed updating . This didn't spoil our stay at all and I understand improvements are...

From the time we arrived at the Rutland Hotel we felt very welcome! The Manager and staff went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable. The food was excellent, we enjoyed the full English breakfast, ( not a mushroom was left!....in joke!) And the three coarse evening meal was delicious ! The entertainment on the first night was...

Nice hotel good bar. But I'm in room 9. As I'm writing this review and it's like a sauna can't open the windows and the TV is so high on the wall you can't see the picture properly unless you stand up not really good enough I expected a little more for the money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
