Brilliant hotel. Close to seafront, town & restaurants. Large rooms with lots of space. Staff friendly. Breakfast had a great selection. Had dinner in restaurant which was fresh, plenty of choice. Paul our waiter was friendly couldnt do enough for us, also we had a fussy 2yr old eater and they cater for all needs. Car park does get busy...

From 5 hrs on the m5 it was a delight to go to a hotel with no fuss everything explained well. I would highly recommend the hotel from the service alone. Beefeater restaurant was also good and priced well

We stayed for the Easter weekend, Staff in the Premier Inn were very pleasant, stayed in the extension part found it rather noisy, could hear outside, people in the next room and the what sounded like a very heavy footed person above us. I wasn't very happy the room (410) was an adjoining room with other guests we did not...

Very nice hotel, clean and tidy. Modern rooms with good facilities. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I had room 27 which was very big and although there was a little bit of road noise I would ask for this room again as there was no one on either side above or below. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Just about to leave this premier inn after a short Easter break. The hotel itself is in an old building which could do with a little updating but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception staff were fab. As our room was on the ground floor it was not possible to open the window but the room was really...

Stayed here one Christmas 2014. Quiet room but no room service, well it was Christmas! But great breakfast on Boxing Day morning! Big comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Plenty of rooms some with sea views.

Beautiful location right on the seafront, excellent value for money with modern facilities compared with the older independently run hotels on offer in the area. A slightly unorthodox layout for a Premier Inn added to the intrigue but walkways are provided to get from one end of the complex to the other. We were lucky enough by complete default to...

Where to start, lack of parking, awful dank smell in the hallways which continues into your room, noisy fans in central air system, that never turn off, wobbly tables that you can't even rest a tea cup on! No one on reception to mention these things to, or even check out.

Spent 2 nights here, location is fab only 10min walk from city centre but still overlooking sea. Breakfast was fab though busy- food hot and constantly topped up so didn't have to wait for long if anything ran out. Friendly staff. Will certainly choose to stop here again when near this neck of the woods.
