The Chesterfield was a home from home, Terri & Wayne are excellent hosts, very friendly, and nothing was to much trouble. The rooms are a good size and very clean, with all the little extras. Out breakfast was freshly cooked to order with local produce, with full English, cereal, and any amount of tea and coffee. We would recommend the Chesterfield as...

Stayed with family for a week, couple who run this place are great, but it's in need of modernisation and wi fi that works Breakfast was a 1 hour window where everyone ate at same time , not great noisy and busy . Parking is non existent , find a street nearby!

Ran by a lovely couple who give a great welcome, provide an excellent and filling breakfast which is consistently good every morning and they are exceptionally polite in providing excellent service! I'll certainly stay again if I am back on that part...

This guest house's greatest assets by far are Wayne and Terri. Jus luvly people. We would love to come up with something original to say that isn't included in other reviews, but can only endorse the accolades paid by other guests. So, nothing new, just there is everything here to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Oh yes, the breakfasts, these really...

This is an 18th Century building, so if you are averse to using stairs or have a problem with architects who only used right-angles when it took their fancy you may need to seek out a Travelodge - and miss two of the friendliest folk you're likely to meet, Wayne and Terri. As with most venues, parking is at a...
