Lovely pub with a warm welcome, wood burner, and great food! We had a marvellous lunch in a great setting.💁 Dogs are welcome ( and rather spoiled!) and vegetarians catered for so we will be going back!!

Cracking atmosphere! Absolutely heaving and the new landlord is so friendly....and his partner does the best Parmesan cheesy chips for miles!!! However, it is a little chaotic. They lost our reservation for dinner and although they were charming about it, we still couldn’t get any...More

Group of 10 including 3 children who arrived at 9pm and wanted to sit down for a quiet beer after a long drive... despite the pub being almost empty we were told by a disinterested barmaid No Children after 9pm

The band I play in The Collective have played here a few times and have rocked the house and the locals. The landlord and staff are very welcoming to us and our followers even though it is a half hour drive.
