Was concerned how busy the road was outside the hotel when we arrived but the room was quiet and we didn't even notice the road; was actually really convenient location as provided easy routes into Plymouth and other areas. Sainsbury's was right across the road where we ate breakfast and dinner a few times, really nice food there as well.

Our room was nice and suitable but was far too hot for anyone to sleep in and on the ground floor next to the car park which was noisey and not good for the kids sleeping. The standard wifi is pathetic and best avoided. Just use your phone as otherwise you'll have to pay to upgrade per 24hr period. This...

Stayed here a few times and the place just gets better and better Good staff, good room and good food. Brilliant access for supermarket and buses to Plymouth Always sensible to pre-book the restaurant as it is very bust not only with residents of the Hotel but also the locals Will be back again in Sept

Breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday was "Chaotic" being self service, the best breakfast was on the last morning was great as it was served/cooked to order and waitress attendance. Security...

We stayed one night in a number of similar motels in south Devon and Cornwall. This is not the most picturesque but is certainly convenient to explore the area, eg, Plymouth, Dartmoor, Tamar Valley AONB . Very comfortable, good service, no problems. We had a good dinner in the adjacent Beefeater and breakfast in Sainsbury's nearby.

Excellent hotel, very clean and tidy, staff on hand and very helpful, would stay again if in this area. Thank you. Maybe a little awkward to get into, could do with better signposts as we went past the hotel before we realised.
