Very good breakfast, very quiet room. Good choice. Would come again. Very easy to walk to town center. Large room but requested some furniture (chair). Seems much better that the other Premier Inn next to it.

Booked this last minute and glad we did. Bed was amazingly comfortable we did not want to get up in the morning! Would stay here again. Very quiet, close to marine life centre. Staff were also very helpful.

Staff great, price was very reasonable and with free breakfast for children worked out cheap....location is great for the aquarium but only downside was the rooms were so hot despite a fan we did not get much sleep....will definitely come back for winter until they get air conditioning installed.

Fairly well positioned with an on site Table to Table and a VUE cinema with various restaurants down the road there is ample to occupy in the evening. Hotel is well presented, clean and tidy. Rooms (well the one I was in) had been updated with the large flat screen and hypnos bed. Worth the upgrade for Ultimate WiFi for...

A comfortable stay with very helpful and informative reception staff and breakfast staff. The room was excellent except for the room temperature. Modern and clean. The local traffic noise is not a problem as the room is well insulated but the window could not be opened to cool the room down due to the traffic. Air conditioning or similar would...

I stayed here for one night following a family wedding in Plymouth. I felt like I stayed overnight with friends thanks to the warm and friendly Hayley (Operations Director I think). I called before my visit to enquire about early check-in and was reassured by Hayley that is was no problem at all. I was allocated a room immediately upon...

Fantastically clean, helpful and friendly staff who really wanted to help. Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff booked cabs for our party, they booked dinner in the Table Table restaurant for us, and all with real enthusiasm.

Stayed there one night after ferry crossing from Rostoc, Brittany. Close to port. Clean, well maintained room and bathroom. Everything worked, all light bulbs and hair dryer in good order. If you want quiet ask for room looking over car park. Arrival went smooth and fast. Breakfast continental excellent, don't advise full cooked. City map available, old centre and shops...

I've given this hotel 5* because 1. The room was perfect great view had everything myself and my partner needed, was very clean and no funny smells from anywhere! 2. We had our room tidied the following day, once we came back that evening we found our room in a spotless condition excellently cleaned and tidied! Although I did notice...

We stayed here for one night in June on the way to Cornwall. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had emailed in advance asking for rooms overlooking the car park due to previous reports of a lot of noise on the road side. Rooms were very quite and clean. The room had two large fans in it as...
