We stayed for 1 night on 4/3/2016. Nice big car park that was free of charge when we visited. Upon arrival we were allocated our room by the very helpful & informative gentleman on reception. Our room was upstairs but not an issue. The room itself was immaculate and very roomy. We went out for the night and was a...

Hotel okay for an overnight stay. Room clean, good facilities, very comfortable bed. A little noisy due to road noise but don't think that could be avoided. Breakfast disappointing. The restaurant is across the car park and looks tatty from the outside and dark inside. Good choice of menu, but the bacon was horrid. Small pieces, not a full rasher,...

I Stayed here overnight on a Friday / Saturday. We checked in quite late but the man on reception was very knowledgeable about the best places to go for a quiet beer. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even though I was located next to a main road there was no noise or disturbance at all.

Typical Premier Inn with excellent staff and a good location in Plymouth about 15 mins walk from the shopping centre. Cinema and chain restaraunts very close with the aquarium and barbican also nearby.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel and have nothing but praise. From the moment we were greeted by Hayley, all the staff were pleasant and cheerful and always had time for a word when passing in the corridor. The room we were given was at the opposite end of the hotel from reception, was extremely quiet,...

We stayed here a couple of years ago and were underwhelmed by the shoddy service at the adjoining pub which serves the meals. This is all sorted now and they're providing an all-round great service. Well done guys!

We were served by Lora and she was very helpful and friendly and gave our daughter a colouring book and crayons, which went down very well with her. The room was adequate and the beds very comfortable. We did hear some noise from the other guests going up and down the stairs, but not too noisy. The location was great,...

Spent a weekend in Plymouth . This hotel is ideally placed to walk to the city centre , have a nice walk around the harbour or walk to Plymouth Hoe . Rooms were of the typical high standard you expect from Premiere Inn. Staff were excellent & really helpful

I arrived early evening while a storm was gathering an received a cheery reception. I needed conditions suited to revising for an exam the following day and found the room to be perfect for such purpose. The wifi was slower than a slow thing but I could've paid a fiver for a wifi upgrade. Later I found myself battling to...

Premier Inn hotels off excellent value for money. Clean, modern, comfortable and quiet with everything you need. This hotel is very close to the water and breakfast overlooks the harbour. Breakfast was very good with a full range of options.
