Booked in for three nights checking in Monday and leaving Thursday. Was warmly welcomed by Paul on the Monday who immediately made me feel very much at home My room was excellent and cleaned to the highest standards - had everything I needed. The price included breakfast which was excellent, although I went with the traditional breakfast on all three...

Always always stay here when we come visiting Plymouth. You cannot wish for a nicer, cleaner B&B. Paul and Leslie are fantastic owners and we are just sorry they were away with their new arrival visiting family (can't wait to see her!). Paul, your dad did a splendid job in your absence. See you all again in May xx

Paul and Leslie offer such a warm, friendly welcome. The rooms are spotlessly clean and breakfast is a real treat. It is sited within a minute's walk from the world famous Plymouth Hoe. It is my first port of call when visiting Plymouth. A "must stay there" kind of place.

Lovely people, very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was really good. A great place to stay in a great location, I would definitely stay again. The "Pub on the Hoe" just down the road was good for a bite to eat too.

A lovely place to stay - so convenient to Plymouth city centre and the Hoe. Lesley and Paul were wonderful and friendly hosts and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as they could. The breakfasts were lovely ... yum! Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and cosy. All we needed. Will definitely be staying there...
