Hotel being upgraded to Crowne Plaza, Close to city centre with secure parking. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Large room refurbished with unusual decor and comfy bed, but bathroom was small and not done. Restaurant/ bar has superb views. Meals and drinks were of good quality served by attentive staff.

Having used this hotel for about 20 years I was disappointed by my most recent experience just last weekend 19-21 May 2017. It is in the final stages of renovation and rebranding. On Friday 19 May we arrived early and parked the car in the underground car park and went walkabout in Plymouth City as we usually do. On returning...

Good hotel, nice seating areas in the Lobby and a bar. Room was refurbished and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean. Walking distance to town and the Hoe. Breakfast was good with the usual choices.

Only 2 lifts working most of the time. Sometimes only 1. Head office offered us 5000 points for the inconvenience to our reward card. We never usd it as always use...

We booked a large group of walkers into this hotel and the overall feedback was very good. Special mention to the restaurant as the food was deemed excellent throughout. A couple of minor niggles in the booking process aside this hotel offers a great experience all round Would return!

Lovely room huge bed and in the perfect location for The Hoe and The Barbican. Very helpful staff and 24 hour food service which is a real asset. The pool and steam room area is lovely and has lounge chairs which are great for relaxing after a swim.

We booked this hotel as an extravagance for a special weekend, at £169 for one night b&b it is certainly not cheap. On arrival at 2.0pm our room was not available, we were asked to wait in the reception area until at 3.0pm we were told that the room was ready. The room looked superb with the largest bed we...

Hi ronald s, Thank you for staying with us recently and for taking the time to share your experience. Allow me to apologize for the long wait at check-in, the television issues, and the noise levels. On the other hand, I am pleased to know that our staff was able to address your concerns accordingly. I highly appreciate your commending...
