Beautiful room with lovely views. Breakfasts were fantastic with a great choice of food beautifully cooked by Steve. Location was ideal with a wide range of restaurants in easy walking distance. Wonderful walks nearby. Steve and Lesley were great hosts-the latter offering useful running tips to my partner. Hope to return.

I've just come back from this amazing B&B. The kindness and fun that came with this place was amazing. The views were stunning. The owners Lesley and Steve were AMAZING! The rooms were so clean and the food was amazing! I'm in my early 20's and I went with a couple of friends, the place is vibrant and is suitable...

We had a magical few days at woodlands, excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, beautiful view from our room with balcony, great breakfasts provided by steve which set us up for the day to go walking, we will defitley be back. We would highly reccomend. Thoroughly enjoyable.

The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of options. The room was furnished with a comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. The house is located close to the center of Lynton with a public footpath behind the house with a direct access from it. The hosts were very nice, conscientious and helpful. And there is also a honesty bar...

My partner and I had a lovely albeit short stay at the Woodlands Guesthouse. We had a clean and comfortable room in an idyllic setting and really friendly hosts! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the summer.

We couldn't believe our luck when we arrived at the Woodlands Guest House. Not only has it a wonderful elevated postion, the standard of the rooms and facilities are really 5 star. The host Steve couldn't do enough for us and produced the most extensive choice for breakfast which was present beautifully and tasted as good as it looked. Our...

Location 10/10 Accommodation 10/10 Hosts 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 Sleep 10/10 Steve is a great & welcoming host - and makes a wicked breakfast. This is the perfect venue from which to explore this stunning area, fantastic walks and at the same time extremely relaxing. We will return soon!

We were warmly welcomed and given a tour. The owner was helpful and friendly. Our rooms were beautifully presented. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of variety. Overall we had a lovely stay and would go back again.

Woodlands is an elegant detached Victorian guesthouse situated within Exmoor National Park and very close to the North Devon coast. We are located in a tranquil wooded valley a short stroll from the famous towns of Lynton and Lynmouth. Woodlands is a special place with great comfort and is owned and run by Steve and Lesley Hawker who will welcome you with a friendly smile and will do their best to ensure you have a fantastic stay. All the bedrooms are spacious and most enjoy beautiful views over the wooded valley with its abundant bird life and the West Lyn River. All superior rooms have luxury en suite wet room or walk in power showers, underfloor heating, anti-misting mirrors and fluffy towels. The rooms are equipped with Minibars, 32" flat screen TV's, Wi-Fi, complimentary mineral water, toiletries, beverages and biscuits. Our spacious and relaxing Guest Lounge has an honesty bar.
