Beautiful place with a lovely hosts. We both loved the house, it's renovated so nicely with modern touches. Balcony was amazing and the only thing we could hear was birds sing. The walking path behind the house is great. We got to Lynton in no time. We love the great walks in the woods and beyond! We had amazing time....

Woodlands is in a perfect location for walkers with the Lynway passing right behind the guest house. We parked our car in the guest house car park and didn't need to use it again until we left. Woodlands is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Lynmouth where we found some good restaurants. There is also The Cottage...

A very pleasant location, attractive well maintained hotel with very friendly owners. Chef 5 star, excellent choice of breakfast, always produced hot and tasty. Quality of rooms above what would normally be expected. So enjoyable we are hoping to return this Autumn. Helen and Chris Surrey

What attracted us to the guest house initially was the fact that it offered bike storage during your stay. After having read into the guest house more, it ticked more and more boxes. The owners Lesley and Steve are incredibly friendly and are more than happy to recommend places to go and eat. The breakfast that is included with the...

Myself and hubby have recently returned from a wonderful 3 night break at Woodlands. The house is beautifully decorated and clean throughout. Our room was smaller than expected but the bathroom/wet room had recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Steve and Lesley were lovely hosts and the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious. The house itself is situated in...
