We stayed for one night so my husband could attend the sportive. Very friendly welcome, room lovely and spacious with everything you could need, in a great location, surrounded my countryside. Breakfast was amazing. Warm and welcoming hosts.

Sometimes writing a review about little gems goes against my better judgement. I mean if too many people read the review there may not be any rooms available for me to book. We pulled up to a beautiful farmhouse to be greeted by Delia the owner. It was a wonderfully warm welcome we were offered tea and coffee either in...

We stayed here as a family (mum, dad plus 2 girls aged 11 yrs & 9 yrs) as a break on the long journey from Norwich to Penzance. The location was easy to find, peaceful and the room clean and charming with comfortable beds (bunks for the children) pretty 'vintage' furnishings and an ample-sized bathroom complete with toiletries. (Tiny niggle...

This was our second visit here to Mill Farm. Mill Farm is a charming, delightful gem of a B&B. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Delia. She showed us to our well-appointed and spotless room, overlooking the paddock; I was very pleased about this as it reminded me if my horse at home! Both rooms we have...

We've stayed here twice late last year when visiting Exeter and it would have been more this year had we been able to book it in time. Very welcoming hosts and a nice breakfast was provided in a quiet atmosphere. If you're travelling by car then it's worth getting out of Exeter and staying here. Quiet location, good parking and...

Perfect for our weekend visit to Exeter. Excellent friendly service. We were offered tea in the lounge on arrival which was very thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and offers of more tea/coffee and toast. Quiet yet easy to find location , well sign-posted.
