Most beautiful house I have stayed in, the garden is big and beautifully kept with a field avoiding it. There are chickens and ducks running free and an abundance of birds feeding on the well stocked feeders. Our room was very spacious, wonderful bedding, extremely clean and perfect for a good nights sleep. The attention to detail was a big...

We stayed Sunday 19th June and we're greeted by Polly who showed us to our lovely room. Very friendly and welcoming. Comfy bed, fab facilities and 5 star breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the Westpoint Arena too! Highly recommended place to stay.

This is a small (3 bedrooms) B & B down a lane yet still within 5 minutes of the M5. It is quite and peacefull with hens and ducks parading on the lawn whilst you eat breakfast in the conservatory. All the rooms are very well furnished with plenty of storage and it is the small touches that make it...

A friendly and welcoming bed and breakfast. Polly and Harry make you feel at home straight away. The location is an idyllic setting with fields and garden full of friendly ducks, hens and wild birds to keep you entertained while eating your delicious breakfast. A car was useful , but a bus stop is about a ten minute walk. Great...

Have visited when on business in the area for the last four years and can honestly say this is one of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in. Rooms are immaculate and comfy - breakfast is fresh local produce with a full selection to choose from. Nothing is to much trouble - will stay here every time I...

I can't recommend this wonderful guest house enough, Polly and Harry can't do enough to make your stay in their lovely home more enjoyable. The breakfast on offer every morning was a feast and Polly's desire to add on extras to everything made choosing almost impossible! Spacious and comfortable bedrooms which were immaculately clean, with en suite facilities and free...

Polly is such a nice lady and nothing is too much trouble, a great breakfast but not if you want to lose weight! delightful surroundings and watching all the wildlife in the garden whilst...

Polly is the perfect host - attentive, generous, calm and kind. She looked out for ways to assist me while I was here and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was perfect - clean and with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and her menu varied, including everything I needed for a perfect start to the day. The...

Dear Readers, Not to mention the lovely house (Old Mill), comfy room(I think we were in the best one, Number 3 - there is no Number 2 because that is now Number 3's spacious bathroom) and tasty breakfast(freshly laid eggs courtesy of the birds). Near the end of the M5 and easy to find. Near to Exeter, the Double Locks...
