Here hpuse hunting as moved down from London! What a find! Great for all who are seeking home from home and modern comforts. Some times it is just nice to not have to go out when here for a long-er period of time! I was pleasantly surprised by a lovely welcome pack (with a very

We had our Christmas staff party here and i was really looking forward to it as I hadn’t been to St Olaves before. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The carpet was very worn and the whole room looked really tired. We couldn’t play music during the meal as the

We had our office Christmas party at St. Olaves in 2017. 55 people for a sit down meal followed by a live band. Sadly, the food was pretty grim. We were served dry, reheated Turkey and a trio of mousses for desert which had spent the evening sat in an adjacent room, uncovered

We stayed here for one night. So positives first. City centre location, parking available, great bars, food & shops in walking distance. So... I can imagine in its heyday this was a great place, full of character and warmth. It was badly maintained, lack of onsite staff, doors

Sadly gone downhill. Stayed here a few times before and was great. Stayed here recently on my own and was truly awful. Restaurant closed. Bar closed. No staff. Room not cleaned. I reluctantly have to say do not stay here.

What is room 9 really like, have seen Some bad reviews. Can I have a description please. Thanks
Very tight. Comfy bed but small room with the door almost hitting the bed on opening. Iron, cupboard, tea facilities not really thought through - more just plonked in the room because they felt they should be. Shower was less than great. Watch the seagulls. They make hell of a racket on rubbish day! There are better places in Exeter.

Dear Denise. Thank you for your enquiry. The quietest room is Room 11. It is on the second floor. Unfortunately we do not have a lift. Alternatively room 7 on the ground floor or room 9 on the first floor. If you have any further questions please call the hotel on 01392217736. Regards Simon

"Based on our experience I could not recommend this hotel at all."
"room 6 is very small"
"WiFi is weak in the top floor rooms. The small double (room 10) is actually quite a reasonable size."
