This is a renovated structure with quaint, but somewhat small rooms. We stayed in a room with 2 double beds and were a little cramped for 3 people with luggage- but manageable. Bathroom clean. View from back parking lot was panoramic. Parking available but not obvious until we spoke with the reception. Great breakfast. Free WiFi. Quiet during the night.... More

Me and my Boyfriend stayed here just for a night away, but needed somewhere central so we could go out in the evening and it not be to much of a trek. Checking in was quick and we where welcomed and given the keys for our room but not shown to our room but just told where it was. (Personally... More

Brilliant location for the centre of the city. Very comfortable room for two with a great bed. The breakfast was delicious and, as far as I know locally sourced, and the jam from the owners allotment was fantastic. All in a very reasonable price for a great stay and I will be back.

The room was on the small side but perfect for what was required. It was comfortable, quiet with friendly staff. The city centre is a five minute walk from the hotel. It has parking on-site but it is tight and can only fit a few cars so try and arrive early if possible.

We chose this hotel after reading various review sites as we wanted somewhere near to the university as that was the main purpose of our visit. We arrived at 1:30 and expecting only to be able to leave the car in the car park (which as many reviews said is quite tight to get into and only accommodates 5 cars... More

Exeter is quite expensive if you compare it to other cities, this hotel is not bad for short stay, street is not very noisy, not far away from city center.Nice and cozy inside.Hotel provides fine and big english breakfast.I won't recomand for stay longer then a week becouse typical rooms are quite small.

Immense credit due to the proprietor family who run this place, a courteous credit to Exeter in my opinion who helped this first time visitor to the small city acclimatise to the surroundings, for they were most knowledgeable. The only problem I encountered was that there was no lock latch on the room I was originally given so I was... More

I had a single room with a sink. It was a tiny room but for one night on business it was workable. Parking was available but not for the feint hearted . Even still, in Exeter, parking is at a premium. There is additional public parking nearby but it's not cheap. Big bonus was an excellent breakfast!

We chose this b&b based on its distance from the Exeter St. David's Railway Station and were quite happy with our decision. It was an easy walk (uphill from the station, down from the b&b). While the room and ensuite were small it had everything we required including wifi. Our room was at the front of the building, yet the... More
