we spent one night at the b&b and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was cosy and clean , the only downside was the lack of an en-suite bathroom. The owners keith and julie were very friendly and made us all feel very welcome.the breakfast in the morning was excellent and was as good as or if not better than any...

We visited late January when it was quite chilly, windy and wet outside. We were immediately made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Keith and Julie are very friendly and approachable without being at all intrusive - in short the ideal B & B hosts. Breakfast was lovely, really set us up for the day and there were always a...

Five of us ladies wanted to visit Tintagel, the castle and Merlin's cave. We arrived at the B&B just after lunchtime and where warmly greeted by Keith who offered us tea and homemade chocolate chip rock cakes - beautiful. The location was perfect, the rooms very warm and comfortable considering it was bitterly cold outside. Breakfast was wonderful, Keith and...

We visited Tintagel last spring and loved Bosayne Guest House. We got to town very early in the morning and Julie was so kind enough to take our bags so we wouldn't have to keep them with us while we were touring. The guest house is wondefully located, right in town within walking distance of the bus stop and close...

We're walking the South West Coastal path and on 4 September walked from Boscastle to Tintagel. We were hardly 30 minutes into the walk when a ferocious gale came in off the sea and we had to trudge along for a further two hours to Tintagel where we had booked into the Bosayne Guest House. What a welcome sight it...

We spent five nights here recently and Julie & Keith could not have done more to make us feel at home. The perfect balance of professionalism and informality. Worth a visit for Julie's breakfasts alone!! Also check out the Cornishman's Inn in Tintagel for great food and ambiance in the old bar

If a three and a half rating was available we'd have given it that - we enjoyed the stay here, but nothing stood out as being really special. The room was clean and comfortable, but bathroom quite small, and the owner friendly. There was useful off-road parking but it wasn't easy to manoevre in and would be challenging in a...
