We had one night here on our walking journey along the SWC path. John (owner) gave us a wonderful welcome with cake and tea - much appreciated. It is a most interesting place to stay and John was able to give us the history of the house. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished with a small balcony to sit...

We had a great stay in the Turret room. Fairy tale setting and ambience that even impressed friends when we showed them the trip pics. John's breakfasts were hearty and good. Got useful Cornwall tips from John and he even let us borrow a map for our adventures. The hot water pot in the room stopped working and John had...

If you want ultra mod boutique style hotels forget it. Lewis's is full of old time charm and peaceful tranquility. John is an extremely good host. His cooked breakfast (very large) is so tasty, unfortunately we couldn't manage one each day. Nothing is too much trouble. There are always fresh flowers everywhere. So clean and tidy. The only criticism is...

John is an excellent host and wonderful cook. He has great attention to detail. The cooked breakfast was delicious after fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. There are lots of pictures to study especially on the walls of the staircase and interesting pieces of furniture. There were fresh flowers on all the breakfast tables. This is a quaint very old building with...

Lewis's Bed and Breakfast is located on the main road of Tintagel, it is a beautiful old building that is absolutely stunning to look at and it's packed with original features and lots of vintage loveliness! The place has a wonderful atmosphere and is truly well looked after. Service is first class and the rooms are spotlessly clean. This time...

Our room was lovely and a joy to come back to at the end of the day - the Turret Room at the front of the B&B great view down the main street for people-watching and seaview...

We arrived at Tintagel with no prior booking and were fortunate to find Lewis`s B&B in the High Street. John the proprietor advised us he had available accommodation which turned out to be perfect given its location. This is a charming older property with many original features and therefore the guest rooms were of varied sizes. We opted to stay...

We stayed at lewis's for one night. John was a complete host. The accommodation is first class, with brilliant views, and it is located centrally in tintagel so good for shops and bars/food. The breakfast was excellent and John was attentive to all the guests there. He was also very happy to pass on knowledge or suggestions for places to...
