We spend a day in the B and B of the Roundhouse Barn and it was absolutely wonderful. Barbara, Mark and the dogs were great hosts and made us feel right at home. We had just come from a horrible experience at a fancy, highly rated hotel and our stay at the Roundhouse replaced it with an environment of ease,...

4th visit and as always felt like we were arriving home. Such a wonderful welcome by Barbara and Mark, Barney and Pongo. We stayed in the B&B for a week and needless to day left a few kilos heavier, but totally relaxed and rejuvenated. Nothing too much trouble and lots of laughs. Rooms remain of a very high and comfortable...

When you have a beautiful building in a beautiful area that already has a strong tourist pull, you could be forgiven for putting your feet up and just letting things flow themselves. But Barbara and Mark have taken the very opposite approach and it made our trip an absolute joy. From the first moment we walked through the door we...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room and attahced bathroom were perfect, the Location quiet yet within easy reach of sights and places to eat. Barbara and Mark were very hospitable, providing us with helpful tips on sights and places to eat. We especially enjoyed the breakfast specials. After looking at the very beautiful self-catering cottages as well, we consider...

We stayed in the B&B accommodation. Warm welcome and a real attention to detail. The room was immaculate and the breakfasts were a real treat. We would thoroughly recommend this idyllic, peaceful away from it all gem .

What makes the Roundhouse is not just the accommodation but rather the proprietors, Barbara and Mark. we have stayed in many establishments, but rarely except for the top end hotels do you get such lovely small and personalised touches - welcome drink on arrival and every afternoon afterwards, welcome note in room. They both make you feel very welcome and...

We absolutely loved our bed and breakfast stay at Roundhouse Barns. We were greeted with a warm welcome followed by delicious homemade scones which were such a treat after a long journey. Barbara and Mark make sure everything is done to the highest of standards ,and I doubt if you or we will ever be lucky enough to stay in...

We booked The Dairy for our mini moon and we were not disappointed. A beautiful cottage, immaculately presented with everything you could possibly need. Both the indoor space and the gardens are beautiful here and it's a wonderfully relaxed environment. Barbara makes you feel immediately at home and we were greeted with a lovely cream tea as well as a...

We booked this B & B 3 months ago as my sister was celebrating a 'significant' birthday at a nearby hotel. What a find! The owners Barbara and Mike made us very welcome, we were offered tea and scones on arrival and shown to our lovely room The Minack. This is the smaller of the two rooms, however perfectly adequate...

We had the smaller double room - the Minack, but I had already fallen in love with the place and booked it, as the larger room, the Fal, had already been taken - and that was some 3 months ahead! We had to unpack as we moved in, but we were staying for 5 nights, so that was fine. Plenty...
