My 25 year young daughter and I stayed two nights at this fabulous B&B. We had twin beds (it is hard to find B&B's with twin beds) and we thought it was the best B&B we had ever visited. Barb and Mark are fabulous hosts. Breakfast was delicious, the art on the wall is a pure delight and the beds...

Tasteful, modern, barn conversion in the beautiful St Just in Roseland/St Mawes area. Friendly welcome from Barbara and Mark Sadler who also helped with dinner reservation at local pub/restaurant. Lovely breakfast selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay and hope to visit again. Bedroom was a little on the small side and no-where to put suitcase, but all other facilities...

Stayed 2 nights end March, only wish we'd had more time and could have booked for longer. It's the only place I've ever stayed (5* Hotels across Europe included) that was so clean it made me think about my standard of house-keeping at home!! Breakfast plentiful, well cooked and presented. Only drawback is that it is a little remote and...

Barbara was very welcoming, the cream tea on arrival was delicious. The room (Minack) was cosy (though not particularly spacious it was fine for us with wardrobe and drawer space) and had everything we needed including a stocked complimentary drinks fridge (water/OJ), glasses, teas/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits, hairdrier, TV/DVD player, ipod speakers, a selection of DVDs and books. Bed was...

We have just returned from a very comfortable and relaxing three night stay in one of the B&B rooms at Roundhouse Barn. Our room was fairly small but spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and better equipped than most 5* hotel rooms. The en-suite bathroom was also luxurious, with lovely White Stuff toiletries and huge fluffy towels. Barbara provided us with a...

We spent a few nights away in the Round House cottages in November. We had a fabulous time. The cottage was gorgeous, with everything you needed and the hosts fantastic! The local area is amazing - only downside a long way to the local pub! Thank you Barbara and Mark.

Having had a very disappointing experience with the B&B we stayed in on our previous holiday, we were determined to find somewhere really special this year. Within minutes of arriving, we knew that Roundhouse Barns was all that we had hoped for and more! After a lengthy journey, it was very refreshing to be invited on arrival to sit down...

Barbara and Mark are exceptionally welcoming hosts at Roundhouse Barn. The room was really lovely, clean, comfortable with everything you need and more.....TV, DAB radio, ipod dock, fridge, plenty of storage, and above all a beauiful new and spacious bathroom. Breakfasts are excellent, and there's a huge variety on offer on the cooked menu, not just the usual fare, as...

My wife and I recently stayed 9 days for bed & breakfast at the Roundhouse Barn. This is a truly outstanding guest house set in a very picturesque part of the Roseland Peninsular. The buildings though architecturally old have been painstakingly restored and given a very contemporary update inside with all modcons including bathroom and bedroom fittings to the highest...

We spent two nights at Roundhouse Barns and found everything about our stay delightful. Our room was beautiful and finished to the highest standard. Although small, it was luxurious and the view showed what an idyllic setting the property has. It was incredibly relaxing! Also, Barbara and Mark could not have been better hosts. The breakfasts were fantastic (even the...
