Definitely stay here if you can. Service was fantastic, breakfast amazing, the location perfect, rooms comfortable, the place stylish. This is very, very good value.

My wife and I had a relaxing week at the Coast House- it was perfect for us. Jane and Adrian were friendly and helpful and we were given several useful ideas for days out on our arrival. Being so close to the Harbour and the shops/restaurants means you're never short of somewhere to go even if the weather is poor....

The coast House was in a great location,the room was lovely with added bonus of a seaview.The breakfasts were truely yummy and although we pigged out, we did'nt feel too bad as there were plenty of steps and hills to climb. Jane and Adrian were lovely hosts,and gave lots of helpfull tips about places to visit and restaurants to try....

The decor is gorgeous, rooms were spotless. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious - whether you have a big appetite or not, you can have as much or as little as you want. Our guest house and holiday let are situated on the seaward side of St Ives, offering arguably the most magnificent views across the town and harbour, the open Ocean, with breathtaking coastal scenery and beyond.Today it has been carefully restored, and our 4 rooms are light and airy with a contemporary feel. A varied breakfast menu is available each day and includes fresh fruit, a choice of cereals, yogurt, fruit juice, full English, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, with vegetarian options always available. We source our food locally and only use free range eggs.Room only is also available for those guests who wish to enjoy our rooms a little longer. “Room 5 is fab !! but so are the rest. 20 minute walk from train station - go past Ace Cabs and Regent Hotel on right, you will find catholic church on right, go across the road and take the steps up to Tregenna near the Tregenna dental practice, at top of steps turn right, Coast House 5 mins on right wirth fab views of St Ives harbour.”
