Just arrived back from another visit at the Hollies. Ian and Bev gave us a very warm welcome, and were very friendly to us throughout the week. The location is excellent, just ten minutes from the town, beach and train station. The breakfast was also superb, and the rooms cleaned regularly too. Hope to go back again next year!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 5 nights in the Hollies and could not fault it for its clean and comfortable rooms and warm reception. It is in an excellent location just a 5-10 minute walk from the town centre, and 5 minutes from portminster beach. The owners Bev and Ian were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much to...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple days in May and had a really lovely, welcoming stay. Ian showed us around even though we arrived quite late in the day and provided a parking space for us. The hotel is clean, decorated really prettily and located just above the town, well within walking distance. Breakfast was fab and...

Spent the last 3 days in St Ives staying at The Hollies, upon arrival Bev and Ian were very welcoming. Bev spent some time with us recommending restaurants based on personal experience and feedback from friends. Rooms were very clean and adequate for what we needed, including the parking space. Breakfast was lovely (you must try Bev's famous Granola), overall...

Excellent decor especially breakfast room and lounge and sea view was worth paying extra for. Rooms very clean and bright and hosts welcoming. On site parking (but not for all rooms). Good breakfast but just a short window - 8.45 to 9.30 and had to be chosen the previous evening. Good location for town and beach but uphill all the...

I visit Cornwall 3/4 times a year and it was my first year anniversary with my boyfriend who had never been to St.ives so I was very excited for him to see it but was concerned about getting the perfect place to stay, but I shouldn't have worried! I've stayed in many hotels and B&Bs but this was stunning, the...

My family and I wanted a short break away. We found the Hollies, read the reviews and booked. We were not disappointed. The room was very clean and tidy, our hosts very welcoming with plenty of information on places to eat and enjoy St.Ives. If there is a downside then my only comment was the shower in the room. Moderating...
