I actually have not stayed here but below is my wife's recent experience! Arriving at the Blue Hayes after a 5 hour drive, I could not have wished for a better welcome. Malcolm and the team were there to greet me, (even helping me to park the car on arrival) without being overly intrusive. My room was stated as a...

A well appointed room with good views of the sea. Breakfasts & the dine-in meal options both very good. Decent location for coastal path walk into st ives. Nice terrace for alfresco dining if weather allows. Car park a bit tight but there is a space for each room.

In so many ways, Malcolm and his team have mastered the art of making you feel at home. From the first step inside the door, we were made to feel part of the Blue Hayes family. Malcolm, the owner, made sure he welcomed us and everyone else as they check in and also has a chat each day over breakfast....

There's only 5 rooms at this lovely relaxing hotel, and we stayed in the Garden Suite. On arrival, we were greeted by the owner, Malcolm who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There is parking space allocated for each room and when you enter the hotel, it is wall to wall cream carpets! Everywhere was absolutely spotless, and you're really...

Stayed 4 nights in the Master suite. We received a wonderful welcome the moment we stepped out of the car. Our luggage was taken to the room. Malcolm the owner and his staff are the best in the business. This hotel is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Breakfasts to die for! A totally relaxing stay:...

This was my first visit to St Ives, and first stay at Blue Hayes. A friend who comes from St Ives, had given me a list of hotels to choose from, as I said I wanted something that was not too pricey. However there were hotels on her list that were in the same range, and thankfully they were full or...

Stayed 4 nights in the master suite and had very relaxing stay. Our room was of a very high standard and extremely clean, with a lovely big balcony and a great view. The rest of the hotel is immaculate and has a quiet relaxing feel. Breakfast was the best we have ever had on our travels, high quality and well...

Have stayed in some really nice hotels for business & pleasure and this one is right at the top of the pile. Malcolm is a wonderful host and a font of knowledge on the area. We spent time on a couple of evenings just chatting over a glass of wine and it was great to get a feel for the...

This was our first visit to Blue Hayes and St.Ives and it certainly won't be our last... My Fiancée and I stayed for a weekend in the Trelyon Suite and it was amazing from start to finish. It helped that we had beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy a bottle of wine or two on our huge private...

Once again we had a fabulous stay at "Blue Hayes", it is a first class establishment run by as I have said before "The nicest man in St Ives" Malcolm. (also known as the Rug Doctor). Malcolm's attention to detail and the service that is provided by his staff(the merry sisters Jade & Steph and all the others we have...
