Scruffy rooms, tiny bathroom felt like a caravan. Don't book this if you want an ounce of luxury! Having said that, breakfast was ok and the staff were pleasant. Location is good, 5 minutes from harbour, there is no parking so public car park at £7.50 per 24 hrs. Wouldn't go back 😐

Five of us arrived earlier than expected, but the staff got one room ready for us to change in. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable beds and good shower. Delicious full breakfast. The hotel was close to the shops and the beach. It was also around the corner from The Guild Hall where the wedding took place.

As we were a family group of 9, we made a reservation for the Sunday Evening Carvery. With a choice of one, two or three courses, as well as drinks from the bar and coffee. The carvery offered a choice of Beef, Turkey, Gammon or a vegetarian option, or if you wished you could have a selection, and as many...

First impressions of hotel on arrival were not good; grubby and tired public area's. The room itself continued with the same theme. The bathroom was dirty; the bath, sink and floor had the previous occupants dirt and hair in abundance! St Ives is beautiful, but we hadn't realised it was Cornwall's capital for Stag and Hen do's thus a good...

Nice rooms fresh clean , coffee tee and biscuits in the room, nice bathroom with lots of towels. Very clean bending. Just no parking. Centre location everywhere close. Very helpful staff when we arrived told us where to go eat what to see. Opposite hotel co-operative food very handy. Breakfast nice from 8 till 10 am.

We stayed here in August 2016. It is nicely situated in the center of town, the drawback of this is that it is a little noisy at night not too bad though.the decor and carpets are a bit dated but to be honest it somehow added to the charm of the place. The breakfast was just lovely. We enjoyed our...

Hotel was situated right in the centre of town close to shops and the harbour. Good clean room although some might say somewhat 'tired'. However, staff were friendly and helpful and the standard of breakfast, including the choice on offer, was second to none! Would recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. We don't mind shabby but we do expect a twin room with places to put things down, including the clothes you take off! We did take two chairs from the corridor, not really space for them, but they saved the day. The location is brilliant, even if the car park is...
