What a find, I can't wait to return!!! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed into what felt like the family home of Tim and Anthony. The house was filled with the aroma of good home cooking and it was lovely to meet Tim and Anthony together with there lovely daughter. We were allocated the garden room which...

A really friendly place with a great breakfast! Located within easy walk of the harbour makes Little Leaf a good place to base yourself. Room was very nice and clean with a few treats left by the owner to make us feel welcome All in all I'd recommend choosing Little Leaf when visiting St. Ives

Stayed in room 4 which was small but the furnishings finishing touches were brilliantly done. It was a fairly quick walk into town uphill/steps but it only took 10 minutes and there's a car park next door though you might need to wait a bit spaces do become free and if you are arriving after 6pm and leaving before 10am...

Since our last visit to Little Leaf it has changed owners, but I am pleased to say they are keeping up the high standards! Very friendly, lovely breakfasts and everything you would expect at a top B&B but at a reasonable price. Location is perfect with fantastic views and a short downhill stroll into town. We will definitely be back...

This was the first time we have visited St Ives so I can't say if the Little Leaf is the best Guest House that this beautiful part of the country has to offer. What I can say is that our stay in October was simply superb & when we do return to Cornwall we won't be looking any further than...

We stayed as part of a group in December and although it was a brief stay (just the one night) all the details were carefully attended to. From really high quality hot breakfasts to the White Company toiletries in our room. Lovely location with views of the sea and St Ives town and a really friendly welcome.

Anthony was very welcoming on arrival and explained all the necessaries and recommended some places for lunch/dinner. Room was clean and tidy with an awesome view of St Ives from the bay window. Breakfast in the morning was really tasty and with good service. We would recommend Little Leaf to other couples.

Our room was clean and spacious with a great view. I imagine the combination of great views and quick, easy walking access to town is quite rare. Antony and Tim were superb hosts. Friendly, efficient and good company, always ready with advice and recommendations if needed. Breakfast was faultless. We'll be back!
