A lovely, friendly place to stay & very good rooms. Nothing is too much trouble and the breakfasts are fabulous. A genuine warm welcome. Getting into St Ives is so easy on the nearby coastal train (just 10 minutes and only £2) I'd stay here again.

I spent 4 nights at Halwell Lodge at the end of April. The good weather, apart from a cold wind, and the comfort of Halwell Lodge made it a very happy trip. The owners could not have been more welcoming and helpful. My ground floor room had a lovely view of the garden and breakfast was delicious. It was conveniently... More

Excellent breakfast, spotless room and shower. Close to St Ives and walking distance to a great foodie pub, the Badger inn. Very friendly host and hostess. Definitely go back for a break, any time of year would be good.

Staying at this lodge is like visiting friends; wonderfully relaxing and very friendly. Debbie welcomed us and made us comfortable in our room which was very nice and had a lovely view of the estuary. Everything was very well kept and clean and the finishing touches, like tea and coffee in the room and bathroom products, were high quality. Breakfast... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and I feel very privileged to have stayed here. The place itself looked amazing. The rooms were big and very well designed. We were welcomed into the place like it was our own home and it felt very relaxing to be there, they really couldn't do any more for you. Thank you so much... More
