Stayed at the Bay View over 30 years ago, where we met a lovely couple who have become our very best friends. Surprise visit for my birthday with our friends. Glad to say there have been a lot of improvements. Only B&B now but great breakfasts, comfortabled beds very nice on suite. It's not the Hilton but a lovely place...

Nicely situated hotel with beautiful sea views. Small hotel with lots of interesting memorabilia around. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked to order with a good choice. Our room was nice and clean and we slept well. Paul and his staff were very friendly and Gino is so well behaved. Car parking is a bonus.

Very convenient friendly hotel. Nice owner and lovely dog. Great location with lovely views. I've read a lot of the bad reviews on here can honestly say our stay was brilliant. It isn't a posh hotel and you don't pay posh hotel prices. We paid £90 for three of us including breakfast and the room was great. The breakfast was...

We had 2 nights at the Bay Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Paul was a great host and the hotel is well situated for walking to the sites on the Doc Martin series. I had the misfortune of leaving my camera behind and Paul went out if hs way to post it back to Australia. On returning home we...

My husband and I stayed at The Bay Hotel for our 1st wedding anniversary as we had booked into Nathan Outlaw's Fish Kitchen for dinner (which was excellent). My husband chose the hotel - the pictures showed lovely styled rooms with good views and thought it would be a nice place for our anniversary. My husband picked a room with...

Paul and "Dino" were wonderful hosts. Though some aspects were dated, it was very clean, safe and friendly. They have a very convenient car park right next door and everything in Port Issac is within walking distance. It was a very quiet place to spend the night. Though we just stayed for one night, it was the perfect place for...

Great room with a sea view, super helpful owner, choice of breakfasts. Easy access to village, free car parking. Its short to the village, which has great eating places and shops to enjoy, plus plenty of cliff walks.
