This B&B is in a good location. It's a short walk to the seafront and shops. The train station is a short taxi ride away and buses can be found nearby. Parking is on the road or nearby car park. The owners are friendly and experienced. Breakfasts are homemade and hearty.

This Victorian B & B needs some work. Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed but our room was smoky & when we turned on the fan in the bathroom the smell of cigarette smoke came through. If this was fixed up I would recommend it. It's a fairly good location. Jo

This hotel offers value for money accomadation. The rooms are comfortable, clean and are adequately equipped for a comfortable stay. The owners are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts have a variety of offerings and the portion sizes will disappoint no-one. The location of the hotel gives access to all that Penzance has to offer.

My friends and I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The full English/Cornish breakfast was very tasty. Nice room, good location and good hosts. I am very impressed by the host's offer as he upgraded our double room into a family room.

A second and delightful stay at this lovely 4 star B&B. This time in family room 4, for 3 of us. 2 spacious rooms and a shower room in pale green so spotless and fresh. The most comfortable beds ever, pristine towels, power shower, hair dryer, and tons of drinks and snacks too. Breakfast is brilliant, cooked to order, so...

Lovely victorian property in a quiet area yet only a short walk into town. Generously proportioned rooms and bathrooms, well maintained & appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice comfy beds, lots of additional bedding available if needed. Excellent breakfasts - of all the guest houses/hotels I've stayed in on my many trips to Penzance the breakfasts (and service) here are...

On approaching Penzance just before 5pm, 2 days prior to the August Bank Holiday weekend, we were not too hopeful of finding 2 nights accommodation in the resort. However, we found the Tourist Info Centre and they knew of a double room cancellation at the Dunedin, which we were pleased to book straight away. Our next obstacle was when the...

Dunedin is well located in walking distance of the town centre. We stayed for 4 nights. It is comfy and clean. Breakfast was very good and if you go away hungry it is entirely your own fault! John was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Great selection of DVD's if you fancy a night just relaxing!

Stayed at the Dunedin a week ago for 7 days. Received a warm welcome from the owners, John is very knowledgable about everything, the best places to eat out, the weather etc. John and Linda were both very helpful and all other staff, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and cleaned every day with fresh towels too!...
