The area is brilliant, the food is just as good and the room was spotless. We had our food delivered to our room and the food we had was high quality. If I'm ever in the area again I know exactly were to go with the friendly staff that were there.

For our yearly family pre chrimbo get together we chose The Dock Inn and we were so pleased with our choice. The roast was absolutely delicious, you have a choice of a small or large, a choice of 3 different meats, all veg is fresh and roasties are proper home made. We left room for pudding, the choice of puddings...

Wow! What a gem! Had an overnight stay and have already booked to go back. Phil and Karen made us feel really welcome. There are cosy open fires in the public areas where you can enjoy home cooked food, including locally caught fresh fish, yum, the sauce with the pork ribs was amazing. Our room had views of Penzance harbour and...

I must admit by the looks of it , I would never have stayed there if I'd seen it from outside as in definite need of a lot of attention. However I arrived very late and the lady was so nice and left the key for me and the guest room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm and right opposite...

We needed somewhere to stay for a couple nights either side of a visit to Scilly. The room was perfect, it was clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable. I would recommend for anyone to stay here if in need of a comfortable and suitable B&B.

Trink NOT Tring! Something of a strange ambience in the bar but this was largely down to the pub closing down the following Sunday, I'm sure. No food available despite being told by email food was available and I even sent an email requesting a table booking. Website didn't work either, but I think these again could be related to...

Just spent a fantastic evening at the Dock. This establishment has everything you think of when you think "Old English pub" - wooden floors, plenty of cask-conditioned ales, good food, cozy decor. BUT it's all authentic, and popular with locals. Only a few tourists there (that may not be true in the height of the season). We literally sat next...

Saw the reviews on TA and booked a stay at The Dock Inn, how people give this place rave reviews is beyond me.We were given room 1 and were shocked that we were paying £70 per night for such a sub standard room. Wallpaper was peeling of the wall, the door handle on the bathroom door was hanging off, the...

We had a sunday lunch here 20th march after reading reviews and we were not disappointed, sarah who works the bar and takes the food orders was lovely, she was friendly without going over the top so well done to her. The food was beautiful, we had the roast beef, but you could have pork too. Everything about the meal...
