Stayed here this weekend, the staff are absolutely amazing, Samantha & team couldn’t do enough for us, very helpful, cheerful and made our stay perfect. Breakfast was great under the Covid19 restrictions, again the staff were working so hard! Rooms are perfect, we had a walk in power shower! Will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you

Hotel's Favourite
Spent 2 nights in this hotel just over a week ago. The room we were given was really large. Everything we needed. Bed very comfortable unless you are a midget. Location was at one end of the town next to the Train station. When you arrive there is an area outside of the hotel to offload your luggage. Then plenty of parking in the car park opposite. This is free from 4pm to 9am the next morning. The hotel seemed as if it had just been refurbished. was in really good condition. was Ideally placed for our touring of Cornwall. Its exactly 50 years since I was here touring in an old Ford Corsair. Staff were great .Didn't eat in the hotel as we did our own thing. Great stay.

Online booking was very easy. Parking at the harbour was very easy (and very cheap). Check-in was easy. The hotel throughout was very clean. A great location for a walk in to town or an early morning walk to Marazion. The staff were all nice, professional and courteous. Breakfast was amazing. We will be back many times in the future I am sure.

We were told this hotel only opened earlier this year. It was very smart in a renovated former mill building. Location was good on the seafront, with a big car park opposite with free overnight parking so reducing the overall cost. Also cafes and restaurants were nearby. The hotel offered breakfast and takeaway food at other times, but the bar had not been set up. It didn’t have the same type of pub-restaurant facility that you often find at Premier Inn. Our room was comfortable, but rather dark as the window was so small and we were at the back of the hotel.

Literally a 30 second walk from the Penzance train station, the stay here was exactly what I hoped. Good Covid-19 protocols in place at the front desk. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was reliable. Nice simple, business style hotel. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel.
