Whoever has decided to move furniture above me for the past 20 minutes can you please stop. And don't get me started about the woman with the most annoying loudest laugh in the bar last night for 3 hours. Enjoyed my last stay here, but I think that's maybe because we were on the top floor and away from the...

We have just returned from a coach holiday staying at the Esplanade. What a super hotel. Friendly staff, lovely bright lounge and restaurant and excellent food. Our room (231) was spotlessly clean as was the modern bathroom. It was quiet to at night although it overlooked a kiddies play area . We just couldn't find a fault.

We have just returned from staying at this hotel with a toddler. We were really pleased with the amount of thought the hotel has put into making sure there is plenty for children to do in every area including the soft play area and the pool. The meal in the restaurant was first class and our family room was spacious...

The hotel is in a perfect location, ideal for children. We did not have any meals at the hotel so cannot comment on food but the staff were all friendly and helpful. The Jacuzzi did not look very hygienic and was given a miss, aswell as the pool showers not brilliant. The rooms were a good size, good size balcony,...

The views of Fistral beach from the front rooms are just great but there is very limited parking in front of the hotel and the street outside is constantly full with bumper to bumper car parking. This would most likely put some people off staying here. Booked online by our daughter for us, this hotel grew on us as our...

Recently spent a week here with my grandchild and all the essentials that are important to me were well met, ie lovely bedding, plenty of clean towels, ( bedroom and pool area ) bathrooms well cared for with not a sign of mildew anywhere. So only improvement for me would be the restaurant at night. Breakfast is top drawer with...

Stayed here for my mums 60th birthday. Upon arrival nowhere to park as spaces all taken up by surf school. Stayed in room 102 which was of a good size but paint was flaking off the wall under the windows and radiator cover was hanging off either end which I put back on so the kids didn't catch themselves on...

Stayed for the night on business - First time at this hotel and found the staff to be very friendly and wanting to help - Certainly a family oriented hotel, which was not a problem - Stunning views over Fistral Beach - Would stay again 👍

Location wise this is a short walk from the centre of Newquay, but benefits from being a little out as this was a more peaceful setting. The staff were very helpful - even checking me into my flight for me Rooms were light and airy and very clean There is a swimming pool in the hotel but also they have...
